It is not surprising that Hugo Chavez called G.W. Bush  that Devil. The leftist leader of Venezuela has been taking pot shots at the American President ever since he survived an attempted coup in 2002. What was surprising to me was the reaction of the Democratic party leadership. Chavez is astutely attempting to replace the Democratic party in the eyes of America s Black and Latino people. He used the 1960s Nation of Islam colloquialism White man is the devil imagery to stir the pot. Furthermore, by just holding up a copy of Noam Chomskys Hegemony or Survival, Chavez was able to make the book a U.S. best seller. Who was the last politician that inspired Americans to think Chavez, through his bold statements, has been able to doubly captivate the world stage and hold G Dubs captive on the world stage. Last year, through the Venezuelan Oil company Citgo, Chavez began providing low income residents of the Bronx heating Oil at 40  discounted rates. Now compare that act of generosity to G.Ws record. How many died in Katrina Do white people realize that making a big deal about saving the pets insults black people How many Iraqi people have died 48,293 and counting. How many Americans have died 2,700 and G.W. gets away with not allowing the press to take pictures of a single one; 20,000 U.S. wounded, how many of those will need prosthesis limbs What do you call someone who is responsible for that much human death and destruction because of a lie, and jokes about it I leave that to the imagination. I warn the democrats to wake up and start leading or someone else will replace you. Which is what Chavez is doing by expanding his Oil program to 17 states. I thank my dude G Dubs for exposing the truth about American democracy through his lies, let us not forget Florida 2000 and Ohio 2004. An older white guy I know summed it all up at the water cooler  the party that cant shoot straight. Unfortunately for the democrats, Chavez can.
